Dark Circles Giving You the Blues

Dark Circles Giving You the Blues?

Some days I wake up with the dark, puffy circles under my eyes that I dread. They’re really most prominent on aging skin however, they may come to bite you in the “you-know-what” after a late night of partying.
So here are some really helpful home remedies to help cure (and hopefully prevent) those nasty raccoon eyes:

HYDRATE! You should be drinking at least 8-10 glasses of water per day especially if you are a coffee addict. Water helps flush toxins out of your body & you’ll definitely love the healthier skin that comes along with it!
• TAKE YOUR VITAMINS! Your dark circles will be replaced with healthy skin after boosts of Iron, B & E vitamins.
TEA BAGS! Soaking a chamomile tea bag in hot water then placing them on your eyes for about 20 minutes will immediately help puffiness and dark circles.
DRINK YOUR OJ! Add a few oranges, grapefruit, orange juice or OJ supplement to your diet and your skin will radiate a fresh glow.
CUCUMBER! Just place a few cold slices on your eyes and it can reduce puffiness while tightening the under area.
K-INFUSION! Vitamin K helps fix broken capillaries. So apply a thin layer of cream infused with vitamin K.
